Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts. The role may require non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include developing new business, penetrating accounts, researching customer needs, and coordinating deliveries. A valid driver's license and insurability are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline or equivalent relatable experience.
• 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience or equivalent relatable experience.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting insurability standards and current auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to offer a suitable mix of products and services.
• Promote Sysco products and services and build relationships with accounts within the territory.
• Coordinate deliveries, payments, and account management with internal teams.
• Participate in customer events, district meetings, and ongoing training sessions.
