Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote products, build relationships with accounts, and drive profitable growth across the assigned territory. This role may involve travel, non-traditional hours, and a mix of new business development with account management.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant B2B or restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset to succeed in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years relevant outside sales experience; Sysco internship acceptable.
• Restaurant Management or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable growth.
• Qualify prospects and align solutions to customer needs.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events; support deliveries as needed.
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training.
