Performance Food Group is hiring for an outside sales role serving independent accounts in the West Bend, WI area. You will own your book of business, develop new customers, and expand existing accounts while promoting company-branded products and meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in B2B outside sales within foodservice or related sectors, plus 2+ years in chef/restaurant leadership. Local travel to West Bend and nearby areas is required.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months sales, marketing and/or restaurant experience.
• 2+ years in a B2B outside sales role, preferably in foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Develop independent accounts with emphasis on profitability and new sales.
• Promote company branded products and meet brand sales objectives.
• Build end-to-end relationships and own the customer book of business.
• Grow sales and margins; manage pricing and credit coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
