Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote products and services in the Salina, KS area. This role focuses on building relationships with new and existing accounts and may require non-traditional hours to meet customer needs.

You will develop new business, research customer requirements, and provide product training. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required; bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience or equivalent relatable experience.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve growth.
• Qualify prospects and follow account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor product/service mix accordingly.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive to customer accounts and company events as needed.
• Handle administrative duties including budgets, reports, credits, and quotes.
