Performance Food Group is seeking a Customer Service representative in Springfield, VT to assist customers with order entries and inquiries. You will ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems and coordinating with vendors and team members to provide timely, accurate information.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, with potential weekend rotations. Day 1 health benefits, stock purchase plan, 401(k) matching, education assistance, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of customer service, call center or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders accurately and timely.
• Input customer credits and invoicing information.
• Assist customers with orders and problems and contact vendors for samples.
• Provide professional assistance when interacting with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Attend training and customer service meetings.
