Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an Order Entry/Customer Service associate in Colorado to assist customers with orders, process credits, and coordinate with vendors. You will resolve inquiries, ensure accurate invoicing, and provide professional support to customers and team members.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with 6–12 months of related experience; foodservice background is a plus. Weekday schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, 8am–5pm, at our Colorado location.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months customer service experience or in a call center.
• Experience with cash handling or invoicing is a plus.
• Foodservice industry exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors for samples.
• Provide professional assistance to customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Perform administrative duties such as checking faxes and mail daily.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Sunday through Thursday 8am to 5pm.
