You will design tracking methods and oversee incentive programs while supporting the field and management with regular data updates.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of customer service or sales support experience.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales support associates including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Serve as exclusive liaison for all sales personnel and manage requests.
• Design and manage tracking for sales and marketing programs and bill backs.
• Administer sales incentives and communicate results.
• Record weekly sales results by territory for field and management.
• Backup to the Customer Service department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
