Job summary

Circana is seeking an Analyst, Consumer Insights (Foodservice) in Chicago, IL. The analyst supports the foodservice team with data-driven analyses, prepares reports, and assists with client servicing for a large global account and other U.S.-based accounts.

The role involves Excel/PowerPoint-based analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and presenting insights at client meetings. Hybrid in Chicago area.

Qualifications

• First experience within FMCG, foodservice, retailers or market research.
• Experience with Circana data tools is a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple data sets and reporting tools.
• Experience with MS Office products.
• Strong communication skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the foodservice team and share analyses with clients.
• Master format and structure of multiple databases and ensure consistent labels.
• Build relationships with client contacts and coordinate with on-site Circana team.
• Partner with account leads to drive initiatives for sale and delivery.
• Attend/present insights at client meetings.
• Identify trends in Circana data and share findings internally and externally.
• Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly key insights.
