Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead all reception, handling, and warehouse activities for raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods. You will oversee shift leads, inventory, and logistics coordination, ensuring safe operations and data accuracy in SAP.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse roles, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, preferably in food industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety and warehouse employees on shift.
• Coordinate training and administer disciplinary measures.
• Maintain and enforce plant safety policy and GMP compliance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound receipt and storage of materials.
• Record material movements in SAP and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor shift performance and report productivity daily/weekly/monthly.
• Ensure on-time delivery and optimize floor space utilization.
• Coordinate with traffic, production, QA and other departments.
