Barry Callebaut is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, oversee staff, and ensure efficient and safe handling of inventory, shipments, and documentation. The role focuses on achieving accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment.

The position is a second shift (3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri) within a fast-paced, GMP-conscious environment, offering growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, food industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• ERP experience; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency & attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to self-direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations.
• Extremely high standards of excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise warehouse employees across all shifts, including scheduling and timecard approval.
• Ensure warehouse employees perform job responsibilities correctly and safely, with a focus on scanning accuracy and SOP adherence.
• Maintain accuracy of shipping/receiving documents (BOLs and related)
• Ensure proper handling of outbound/inbound shipments and holds.
• Supervise movement of finished goods to warehouse and to designated truck shipments.
• Validate outbound/inbound shipments for quality and accuracy to prevent complaints or returns.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with Production, QA, and Planning.
• Promote safety guidelines and GMP compliance.
