Job summary

Y. Hata Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate in Honolulu, Hawaii. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with a schedule of Monday to Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Unload freight, palletize items, and prepare goods for storage in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year experience in distribution or warehouse work.
• Foodservice industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers of incoming freight and palletize items.
• Use manual pallet jack to move pallets to receiving dock.
• Build pallets according to company standards.
• Sort products by product number or description.
• Remove packing materials and clean empty containers.
• Ensure products are free from damage or pest infestation.
• Follow safety standards for proper food handling.
• Maintain general housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Perform similar duties as assigned by supervisor.
