Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in Hawaii. Roles start at $24.90 per hour with a potential up to $27.90 per hour, plus shift differentials from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Opportunities to grow pay with tenure exist as progression.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to push 60 lb carts, hand trucks and related equipment.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Work at heights up to 40 ft on a mezzanine where applicable.
• Must understand, speak, and read English to follow safety instructions.
• Able to operate powered equipment after training (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklift).
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Move inventory safely, quickly and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive attitude and work well independently or in a team.
