Qualifications

• Two years of prior food unit lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees to ensure smooth operation.
• Oversees and participates in preparation and service of food and beverages to meet standards.
• Plans menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email to resolve issues.
• Trains employees and assigns work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Manages work procedures, schedules and workflow for the team.
• Completes daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Ensures proper cash handling per policy and sources supplies as needed.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in line with standards and regulations.
• Develops sanitation schedules and trains staff accordingly.
