Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services in Austin, TX is hiring a full-time Patient Services Lead to coordinate patient meal service and special requests within the Patient Dining Program. You will ensure training for Patient Dining Associates and proper staffing to deliver compassionate service to patients.

The role requires 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience and offers a pay range of $19.50 to $20.50 per hour, with benefits after 90 days and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.
• The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and operate food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure the Patient Dining Program objectives are met.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure menu selections, tray assembly, and delivery.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and preferences.
• Interacts with nursing and evaluates daily patient meal selections and tray processes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
