Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of other food-service employees.
• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversee preparation and service of food and beverages per company standards.
• Ensure timely meal service; supervise serving of meals.
• Train employees; assign and coordinate work to promote efficiency.
• Determine work procedures, prepare schedules and expediting workflow.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Responsible for proper cash handling as per the Food Accounting Manual.
