ShopRite of Manchester is seeking a Food To Go Manager to lead the department, supervise associates, and ensure strong customer service and safety standards. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit goals while maintaining product quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include staff onboarding, training, and daily operations supervision. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under local health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to interact with customers and work with others.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise all Food To Go activities within the department.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals and deliver customer experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper product presentation.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of staff.
