Job summary

Aramark in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Storeroom Clerk to manage storeroom organization, inventory control, and timely food and supply procurement. You will ensure FIFO storage, proper labeling, and compliance with safety codes while supporting daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, maintaining par levels, issuing supplies, and coordinating with EC/DFAC Manager. Strong communication, organization, and Serv Safe certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain storage area security and access control
• Organize storeroom layout and implement FIFO and shelf-to-sheet inventory
• Develop and place food and supply orders with approvals
• Receive, inspect, label, date and store deliveries
• Maintain par levels to ensure product availability without excess
• Issue supplies to production staff with accurate quantities
• Pull items for production with proper pull tags and thawing time
• Support energy conservation and recycling programs
• Comply with HACCP and Tri-Service Food Code
• Keep storage and receiving areas clean, organized and safe
• Document maintenance issues and communicate with EC/DFAC Manager
• Ensure storeroom operations are safe and timely
• Review invoices for accuracy and reconcile with orders
• Conduct bi-monthly inventories with designated Air Force personnel
• Investigate variances and report to DFAC Manager and EC/GM
• Pull recipes and ingredients in advance
• Assist day-to-day kitchen operations as needed
• Train military personnel assigned to Storeroom Clerk roles
