Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors daily dining service and patient delivery service.
• Interviews, selects and orients new employees; makes hiring recommendations.
• Trains, coaches, evaluates and reviews performance; encourages professional development.
• Prepares operations reports and reviews job orders; communicates with leadership on production status.
