Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a part-time PRN Food & Nutrition Services aide to support patient meals and nourishment for visitors. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends, with holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include handling menus, tray assembly, delivery and pickup, and accommodating special requests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and patient safety. Strong reading, writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

PRN Requirements: Required to work as needed by the department with a minimum of one 12-hour shift per week (6:15a-6:45p) Required to work 3 Holidays a year Required to work a minimum of 1 FULL weekend a month Must be able to commit to two consecutive weeks of training (3 full shifts per week = 6 shifts total)

Food & Nutrition Services offers nourishing meals to patients, visitors, and Baptist Health Louisville employees. The department has about 120 employees and operates 24-hours a day/seven days a week.
