Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a Full-Time Room Service Associate in the Food & Nutrition Services department. You will handle patient meals, menu selections, tray assembly, and delivery on assigned units.

The role requires reading/writing, strong customer service, and clear communication in English. Shifts are 6:15am–6:45pm, with weekend rotation and some holidays. Applicants must meet hygiene standards.

Summary Job Description: Full-Time Room Service Associate

Open interviews will be held every Tuesday through Friday from 2PM-4PM 36 hours per week 6:15am - 6:45pm | overtime is available. Rotating 2-week schedule of 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week with mandatory every-other-weekend shifts and 3 holidays per year. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods, and be capable of pushing and lifting 30-50 lbs.

Food & Nutrition Services Food & Nutrition Services offers nourishing meals to patients, visitors, and Baptist Health Louisville employees. The department has about 120 employees and operates 24-hour a day/seven days a week. It provides great employment opportunities for growth and development within the department and hospital.
