Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in culinary arts, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a GM or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
