Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise employees and the restaurant's general operations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and be self-motivated to assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Knowledge of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service is required, with pay starting between $17.20 and $25.55 per hour and benefits such as a nationwide medical plan, 401(k), and tuition

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Job description

Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant. Pay Rates Starting between: $17.20 - $25.55 / hour
