Job summary

PFJ is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise employees and oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, be self-motivated, and assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Pay starts between $21.41 and $31.40 per hour. This role requires knowledge of store operations and PFJ's standards of quality and customer care. Availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer service and a customer-focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of staff.

This person should be knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.

Pay Rates Starting between: $21.41 - $31.40 / hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
