Job summary

Senior Resource Group seeks an experienced food service leader to implement policies for menu formulation, service, purchasing, sanitation, safety, and staffing utilization. The role involves directing education programs and coordinating a skilled team to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience is required.
• Food service experience in hospitality, country club, and/or senior living industry preferred.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies and procedures, and provide administrative direction for menu formulation, food preparation and service, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices, and personnel utilization.
• Select, orient and coach professional food service staff, and help develop and direct departmental educational programs.
• Schedule all food service personnel.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment.
• Supervise activities of workers engaged in food preparation and service.
• Formulate menus for special diets based on medical and physical condition of residents and integrates special menus with basic menus.
• Establish staffing schedule and monitor staffing.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience is required.
• Food service experience in hospitality, country club, and/or senior living industry preferred.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
