This role requires an associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, ServSafe Manager certification, and proven supervisory experience in healthcare dining. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• ServSafe Certification for Managers (National Restaurant Association) and CDM/CFPP credentials preferred.
• Experience in supervising staff in a long-term care or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients dietary staff.
• Trains workers in procedures and operation of equipment.
