Job summary

BayCare Health System, Wesley Chapel Hospital, is seeking a part-time Food Services Team Member to support our patient, cafeteria, and catering operations. You will help ensure timely service and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, 1 year in food services, 1 year in coordination, and ServSafe certification within 1 year. You’ll collaborate with the nutrition services team to maintain safety and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food service operations across patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers.
• Oversee quality control monitors and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist with team member functions including interviewing, appraisals, disciplinary actions, coaching and scheduling.
• Coordinate team member orientation, training and competency assessment.
• Monitor overall security of the department and perform other duties as assigned.

• Coordinate daily food service operations including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers. Oversee and maintain quality control monitors and takes corrective action as necessary. Assist with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling. Coordinate TM orientation, training and competency assessment. Monitor the overall security of the department. Perform all other duties as assigned.
