Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a Food Services Assistant to support daily meal preparation and service for residents and program participants. This full-time role runs 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, five days per week, with rotating weekends, offering a stable schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, serving food, keeping the kitchen and dining area clean, following food storage methods, and maintaining sanitation procedures while engaging with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of food service experience.
• Solid work record and reliability.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team is required.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old.

Easterseals residential facilities provide 24-hour support to youth ages 5-21 with neurological and or psychiatric disabilities. At this facility we provide food services for our residential program, child development centers and seniors programs.We have an immediate need for a Food Service Assistant.

As a Food Services Assistant at Easterseals NH you will assist with the preparation of food.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Washing Dishes
• Serve food.
• Clean the kitchen and dining area.
• Follow proper food storage methods.
• Sanitation procedures.
• You will interact daily serving meals to staff and clients.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in food service.
• Candidates must have a solid work record.
• Proven commitment to a company or organization.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team is required.
• Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Compensation:

$18.00 hourly

Hours:

Full-time, (40 hours) with 5 days per week from 8AM-4PM and rotating weekends.
