In this role, you’ll work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence. You’ll gain hands‑on experience by assisting individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community‑based activities. Your responsibilities will vary from providing supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, ensuring each person receives the support they need to succeed.

Advance your career through our DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an extra $1.50/hour by completing all three levels.
This is a full-time, 30 hour/week role in our Day Program. Looking for more hours? We can offer up to 10 additional hours in a residential home for those looking for a full 40-hour schedule.
