Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking compassionate Residential Direct Support Associates to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Manchester homes. This part‑time role offers 6 hours weekly with Saturday 9a‑3p, at $21/hour.
Gain growth through our DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn extra through levels. Responsibilities include promoting independence, assisting with daily living, mobility support, and accompanying clients on activities.
We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community-Based Services team, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes.
Schedule: Part time 6 hours a week; Saturday 9a-3p.
Pay: $21/hour.
If you have experience in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional, Residential Counselor or Behavior Technician, this role is for you! Your growth matters to us! Advance your career through our paid DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an extra $1.50/hour by completing all three levels.
About the Home: This two-family home in Manchester, NH provides support to 6 adult men who enjoy community activities such as going to the gym, watching airplanes, shopping, swimming and going to the beach in the summer. When at home they enjoy playing board games, card games and watching movies together.
