Food Service Worker
Per Diem Food Service Worker located at CRMC Hospital in Corona, CA
Reporting to the Director of Nutritional Services, this position prepares hot food items for patient trayline, cafeteria, doctor's lounge, and catering functions according to the production schedule. In the absence of the director or chef, supervises kitchen staff and acts as the lead person. Ensures all duties are completed consistently, following all local, state, and federal regulations.
