• Location: Becton Dickinson Vernon Hills - 75 North Fairway Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport food to and from work stations following safety standards.
4. Store food properly following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Follow recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
8. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
9. Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
