We are hiring immediately for part-time Food Service Worker positions.

Location: Kirkwood School District - 801 West Essex Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63122. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.50

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store food properly following safety standards and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently, following steps of service.
• Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Follow company standards for service, inventory, and cash control.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
