Role Summary

1. Perform prep work: washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables.
2. Measure ingredients accurately.
3. Transport food safely between stations.
4. Store food properly following safety standards.
5. Clean work areas and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and equipment.
7. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
