Job Title: Part-Time Food Service Worker

• Location: Concordia Seminary - 801 Seminary Place, Saint Louis, MO 63105
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, including some weekends; hours vary. More details provided during interview.
• Requirements: Previous catering/banquet experience required; kitchen prep experience preferred but not necessary. Willing to train in food prep.
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Summary: Prepare, present, and serve food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport food to and from work stations, adhering to safety standards.
4. Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Follow approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and inventory procedures.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
