• We are hiring immediately for a part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.
• Location: Maplewood Richmond Heights Schools - 2531 South Big Bend, Maplewood, MO 63143. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time, with days varying from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. More details provided upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous experience is not required.
• Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator, following safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
