FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Details

• Immediate openings for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.
• Location: Bland Cafe - 171 Industry Drive, Bland, VA 24315 (online applications only).
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm; more details available during interview.
• Requirements: Experience in food prep, cooking, customer service, and sanitation.
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
• Perks: Quarterly bonus incentive of $500, internal employee referral bonus, free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and serve food as needed.
• Perform food prep tasks: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Measure ingredients, carry food to/from stations, and store food following safety procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, resolve concerns, and relay information to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
