We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.

Location: Bland Cafe - 171 Industry Drive, Bland, VA 24315

Schedule: Full and part-time schedules, Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Food prep, cooking, customer service, and sanitation experience required.

Job Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
4. Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Resolve customer concerns and report to supervisor.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
