+ Location: University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital - 1000 South Limestone Room A.OB.614, Lexington, KY 40536. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, days may vary. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties and general food service work, maintaining sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare food by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients.
2. Transport food, supplies, and equipment safely.
3. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
4. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
6. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
7. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
8. Handle customer interactions and complaints professionally.
9. Relay information to supervisors.
10. Perform sales transactions accurately.
11. Manage cash register operations, including making change and processing payments.
12. Issue receipts and handle refunds per procedures.
13. Maintain cash drawer integrity.
14. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned.
