Job Opening: Food Service Worker/Cashier

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Worker/Cashier position.

Location: Alfa Laval - 5400 International Trade Drive, Richmond, VA 23231 Note: online applications accepted only.

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Food prep: washing, peeling, cutting, measuring ingredients.
• Transporting food and supplies safely between stations.
• Storing foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety compliance.
• Using recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
• Serving customers courteously and efficiently.
• Handling customer interactions and complaints professionally.
• Relaying information to supervisors.
• Processing sales transactions and cash handling.
• Making change, accepting various payment methods, issuing receipts.
• Managing cash drawer and change funds responsibly.
• Replenishing supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
