Job summary

Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, is hiring ASAP for a Food Service Worker to help create FREAKY FAST sandwiches using FREAKY FRESH bread with great vibes.

Starting wage is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour plus In-Shop Tip Pool of $3–$5 more per hour. This is a part-time position with morning and afternoon shifts; safety guides and cleanliness are emphasized to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Be a Freak about sandwiches and ready to learn the menu quickly.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic.
• Memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 14–30 days and pass the test.

As a Jimmy John’s Food Service Worker, you’ll help create FREAKY FAST sandwiches using our FREAKY FRESH bread—no grease, no grill, just great food and great vibes.

Starting wage is $15.00 to $17.00

Plus In-Shop Tip Pool equals to $3-$5 additional per hour

Job Purpose

Provide FREAKY best-in-class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches.

Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test
