Job summary

Atlas Franchise in Pittsburgh is hiring for Jimmy John’s Food Service Worker to deliver Freaky Fast sandwiches and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store. You will help create a welcoming environment and support your team with a positive attitude.

Starting wage is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, plus a tip pool of $3–$5 per hour. Interviews are set up at jjrockstars.com; part-time shifts with morning and afternoon hours are available. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Job Purpose

Provide FREAKY best-in-class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches.

Duties & Responsibilities

Be a role model for new team members

Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Follow food safety, workplace safety, and equipment safety standards

Uphold company culture and handbook policies

Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test

Qualifications

A FREAK about sandwiches Coachable and eager to learn

Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic

Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 14 days and pass the test

Working Conditions

Fast-paced, moderately loud environment

Music plays throughout the day

Must safely use slicers, knives, and ovens

Physical Requirements

Stand for the duration of your shift

Lift up to 30 lbs

Climb a ladder if needed
