The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and help complete daily reports. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
2. Prepare daily transaction reports.
3. Understand meal inclusions.
4. Ensure proper and sanitary food storage.
5. Serve food according to schedules and policies.
6. Use and care for kitchen equipment, especially knives.
7. Prepare various food items, beverages in a timely manner.
8. Add garnishments to enhance presentation and customer satisfaction.
9. Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment.
10. Follow food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage.
11. Adhere to the uniform policy.
12. Collaborate with the manager to prepare the menu daily.
13. Supervise food temperature requirements.
14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
15. Clean counters, sanitize equipment, and maintain cleanliness standards.
16. Perform duties like sweeping, mopping, and ware washing.
17. Keep garbage and kitchen areas neat and sanitary.
18. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
19. This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
