Job summary

Triple B Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker for Toyota MS in Blue Springs, MS. The role supports daily dining operations, prepares and portions foods per recipes, and interacts with customers to deliver friendly service.

Starting pay ranges from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts and occasional evenings. The position is full-time and requires safety awareness, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must communicate and understand directions.
• Must follow safety rules, Alcohol Regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Willing to perform a variety of tasks as assigned.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work and succeed in a team environment.
• Basic mathematical skills are required (add/subtract/multiply and divide).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Successful completion of Hourly Food Handlers training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Willing to follow all Safety Standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and neat work station.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Utilize proper food handling procedures and food safety knowledge.
• Take samples of all food items before serving customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet customers as they approach the serving line.
• Be polite with customers during the transaction and ensure satisfaction before the next customer.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Daily use of correct PPE for the task assigned.
• Cook and prepare foods according to the recipe.
• Use correct portion controls when preparing and serving items.
• Know menu items to answer customer questions on the line.
• Assist co-workers in setting up and breaking down stations as designated by the manager.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting boards.
• Separate and remove waste and place it in the appropriate receptacle.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Understand proper use and storage of chemicals; be familiar with MSDS contents.
• Report injuries immediately to manager/supervisor.

Job Summary

The Food Service Worker position is vital to achieving excellent customer service in dining locations. The Food Service Workers are responsible for the line display, cooking food according to recipes, stocking, and making a one-on-one connection with the customer.

Starting Pay:

$14.50-$16.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

Monday-Friday-6a-2:30p-Monday-Friday; Monday-Thursday-4:30p-1 am-Mandatory Friday when production weekend

Food Service Worker Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Cross-train in other areas as required by your manager
• Work in other areas or departments as needed
• Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Bridgeman Hospitality management team
