This is a second-level food service position, responsible for preparing and cooking complex menu items under general supervision in a treatment program for youth in Missouri.
Knowledge of kitchen procedures, sanitation, ability to prepare complex menu items, and operate automated systems. Experience as a Food Service Assistant or related work experience is required. Educational substitutions are possible.
