Job Title: Food Service Utility

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Food Service Utility positions at Alton Memorial Hospital, Alton, IL. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules vary, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. No experience is necessary; training will be provided. Pay ranges from $15.50 to $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintain kitchen work areas, keep equipment and utensils clean and organized.

Essential Duties

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and food prep areas.
• Remove trash, clean garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet and front-of-house setup.
• Load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and equipment as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
