Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY positions.
• Location: Chester Upland School District - 200 West 9th Street, Chester, PA 19013. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time. Days include Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and either Tuesday or Thursday; hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service experience preferred.
• Pay Rate: $17.51 per hour
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

About the Role

Maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly, and assists with various food service tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash, steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
