+ Location: Valley Baptist Health System - 2101 Pease Street, Harlingen, TX 78551. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time. 8:30 am - 8:00 pm. Days may vary, more details upon interview.

+ Requirement: Previous sanitation experience preferred.

+ Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and utensils.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
3. Removes trash and disinfects garbage cans.
4. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
6. Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and products.
7. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
8. Follows sanitation and safety protocols.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
