• We have an opening for a full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position.
• Location: Bloomberg Princeton - 100 Business Park Drive, Skillman, NJ 08558. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeps and mops floors for safety and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other surfaces.
• Removes trash, steam cleans or hoses out cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of house setup.
• Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
