Job Summary

Summary: Maintain kitchen areas, keep equipment and utensils clean and organized.

Essential Duties:

• Sweep and mop floors for safety and sanitation.
• Wash work surfaces and food prep areas.
• Remove trash and clean cans.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
• Load, unload, and deliver supplies.
• Distribute supplies and equipment as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
