Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a friendly Team Member to support daily customer service, food preparation, and cash handling at our on-site locations. You’ll operate the POS, stock and stock rotation, and help ensure clean, safe, and welcoming plazas for travelers.

You’ll work with a team to provide fast, accurate service, follow brand standards, and participate in a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Prepare and serve quality food.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, packaging, and cleaning.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
